Common Wainscot is found in grasslands and woodland edges from May to October. Unlike other moths, this long flying period is due to the fact that this species produces two generations of moths overlapping during this period. So, the first generation seamlessly merges into the second. This moth was photographed on Queen Anne’s Lace in our garden in Wicklow in July 2022.

- Limited editions are signed by Eric Dempsey, numbered and limited to 25. Each print comes with a Certificate of Limited Edition.
