Payment can only be made using PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards. All information regarding your online transactions and identity is kept confidential through our payment gateway PayPal. Your financial information will be passed directly to a credit card processing company (PayPal). No record of your financial information will be held on this site or otherwise by us following the processing of your payment. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain & safeguard your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We use a secure server so that all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database (BBMS). When you make an online transaction, we do not receive any credit card details. We do not see or store your full card details when you make an online transaction.
Birds Ireland takes, and will continue to take, all reasonable steps (which includes relevant technical and organisational measures) to guarantee the safety of the data you provide to us and we will only use the data for the intended purpose.
However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.
All prices listed on our website are in Euro (EUR). The total cost of your order is the price of the products at the time the order is placed, plus the postage fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.

If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of dispatch, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund or an alternative product.
Returns & Exchanges
In the case of a return for a product that is damaged or considered not suitable, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned in their original packaging which must be intact within 7 days of receiving your order. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit. Goods for return should be addressed to:
Our Gift Vouchers do not have a time limit for use against purchases. However, we recommend that you use the Gift Voucher as soon as possible as many of our products will not be replaced once stocks are depleted.
