Delivery Service

We use An Post postal service for all our deliveries. This is a fully tracked service, and we will email you your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Note for UK* deliveries: due to Brexit, orders to the UK may incur a customs and/or VAT charge for which the recipient of the order will be liable to pay; this is outside of our control.

Returns

Should you wish to return your Eric Dempsey mounted print, we would be happy to refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery). You must return your order within 28 days of receiving it to be entitled to a refund or exchange. We cannot refund or exchange mounted prints that have been personalised with an inscription.

To return your order, simply send your mounted print to the address below in its original condition and its original packaging and we will arrange a refund upon receipt of your returned order.
